What is The Human Design?
The Human Design is a system that blends astrology, the I-Ching, the Kabbalah Tree of Life, the chakra system, and quantum physics. It gives you a personalized chart (called a BodyGraph) based on your birth time, date, and place. This chart shows how your energy flows, how you're influenced by others, and how you're built to make decisions.
Your Type: Your Energy Blueprint
There are five Human Design types, each with its own energetic role:
Manifestor: The initiator. You're here to start things and impact the world. Your aura is powerful and repelling.
Generator: The builder. You're here to do what you love and respond to life. You have sustainable energy.
Manifesting Generator: A hybrid of the two above. Fast-paced, multi-passionate, and efficient.
Projector: The guide. You're here to direct energy and offer wisdom. Recognition is key for you.
Reflector: The mirror. You reflect the energy of your environment and need time before making decisions.
Strategy and Authority: How You're Designed to Decide
Each type comes with a Strategy (how to best interact with the world) and an Authority (you personal decision-making compass). Knowing both helps you move through life wit more ease.
Strategies by Type:
Manifestor: Inform others before you act.
Generator: Wait to respond to external cues.
Manifesting Generator: Wait to respond, then inform before acting.
Projector: Wait for the invitation to share your insights.
Reflector: Wait a full lunar cycle (28 days) before making major decisions.
Authorities (may vary within types):
Emotional Authority: Make decisions after riding out emotional waves (most common).
Sacral Authority: Trust your gut responses in the moment (common in Generators and MGs).
Splenic Authority: Instant, instinctive knowing (typically in Projectors or Manifestors).
Ego Authority: Decisions from willpower or heart center (seen in Manifestors or Projectors).
Self-Projected Authority: Guidance through your own voice and self-expression (Projectors).
Mental Authority: Clarity comes from talking things out in the right environment (Projectors).
Lunar Authority: Requires a full lunar cycle to gain clarity (unique to Reflectors).
